Cash and Moose Video!
Okay! I finally figured out how to get a video to work on this for Cash and Moose! Scroll to the very bottom to view it. I covered my hysterical heina laugh with Jingle Bells that doesn't last the entire video, but it's better than my heina laugh! Also, don't mind Cash getting in trouble in the middle... he got a little possessive and growled and barked at Moose...
Icky House
As you probably are aware, we have been updating our house since we bought it. It's been really slow with us doing it ourselves and working full time and trying to have somewhat of a life besides the house and work. I did a video of myself walking through our house of what we've do so far (we are definitely not done), but again since I seem to be video uninclined, i don't know how to post it. I'll try to post some pics this week after I clean up a bit - the dogs thought it would be fun to not just destroy, but hunt and kill yet another roll of paper towels. But in the mean time, here are a couple pics from when we bought the house - sorry they're not fab pics, I didn't know I was going to ever want to look back at them!

The Original Front of the House

The Original Front Living Room

The Original Main Bathroom

The Original Kitchen

The Original Deck - We ran out of warm whether to totally finish our new deck, but I'll get a pic of the progress thus far...
So, some of the things with this house probably weren't that bad, but Chris and I seem to be two of the pickiest people when it comes to this kinda stuff (who knew?). Even with some of the upgrades we've done, I wonder how long it'll last before we have to upgrade again!
The Nutcracker
So the Nutcracker Ballet is one of my favorite parts of Christmas! I just love to get dressed up and go, since I don't get the chance all the time. Due to time constraints and being sick, Chris and I didn't get to go until the day after Christmas. I wasn't sure how much I would love going after Christmas, but it was so nice to expand Christmas a little bit! Of course, Chris and I were sick for a few weeks around Christmas and the night we went was no different. Chris was the worst off. He was coughing and was just miserable. But he was such a good sport since he knew how much I wanted to go. We usually would have gone to dinner before, but didn't judge the time it would take to get there very well because we were in the middle of a storm. So we got take out from the Olive Garden across the street and we ate it in the car pretty fast. It was definitely a new experience and something to remember, but I don't think I want to eat in the car like that again! I of course loved the show and Chris was a really good sport. There was a guy behind us that was talking really loud in the beginning, but he stopped talking part way through, so it was fine. But it is so sad that Christmas is over! I can't believe it's the middle of January!

Before Christmas we went to A Christmas Carol at Hale Center Theatre. It was so good! I ended up getting free tickets from work and I'm so glad we went. The man playing scrooge was amazing! I guess he's been doing it for the last 25 years, and he really just made the show. But Hale Center Theatre is a pretty cool place. It's really small and old Shakespeare Theatre-esque. Everyone had a great view. A Christmas Carol may battle my priority to see the Nutcracker every year!

Christmas
Okay, so I'm finally getting back on after the craziness of Christmas! Chris and I were supposed to have Christmas with my family this year, but they moved to Singapore, so we just couldn't justify spending $3-4k on tickets to get their! So this was our first Christmas together, just the two of us, and the monsters. I took a video of the dogs opening their presents, but I cannot seem to get it uploaded, I've been trying different things for, like, a week. So if I ever figure it out, I'll post it. It was of the last Christmas present the dogs opened, so there's already wrapping paper all over. They were in heaven so thanks for all the gifts from everyone!
