Snow!

This morning or last night it snowed… I wasn't super excited especially because the snow makes Moose act like a wind up psycho dog - which is funny, but a little annoying to have a 140 lb dog jumping into the air above my head (since he jumps high and I'm short) - especially when I first wake up in the morning (seriously, picture that battery powered Tigger that Cubby is afraid of on a leash the size of Moose jumping extra high when you're still trying to figure out who you are, what year it is and why you would ever be awake so early in the morning! - No wonder Cubby is afraid of it!). Not to mention him running and sliding in the snow after he freezes in stance, looks around, and runs and slides in the snow again, and repeats. May I add that he (140 lb dog who has more energy than I can understand) is on a leash and I (a 105 lb girl who is still sleeping) am on the other end of the leash and I am forced to accompany him on his running and sliding since I am somehow never prepared for his outbursts and I would rather be pulled along than risk planting myself in the snow which may or may not have a doggie landmine!

I say the dogs are annoying, which is true, but seriously, how great is it to have an animal that is soooo excited to see you no matter how much you yell at them , take away their bed, and only feed them in the morning and at night (unless the sink drain basket or multiple rolls of paper towels count as food)! I think I'm pretty lucky to have a husband that is excited to see me AND two monsters that are like "Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, she's here! she's really here!"

But the snow is so pretty! I didn't take this snow pic, but you've seen this type of thing happen - where the snow is stuck to the tree branches and then the sun comes out and makes the tree twinkle…

It looks like Vermont!! :( oh how I wish.... Well hopefully there won't be snow though when I come! I totally agree though, having dogs is the best even when they are crazy!
